From Radio Microphone to Consumer Advocate

Long before becoming a YouTube broadcaster, Kevin was already a natural behind a microphone.

In 1999, with no prior broadcasting experience, he launched The Business Forum Show, a business talk radio program originally aired in Michigan and later broadcast in Minneapolis.

Kevin quickly developed a reputation as a strong interviewer — someone who asked the questions business leaders didn’t always expect, but audiences appreciated.

His co-host, respected business coach David Ford, helped connect Kevin with influential entrepreneurs and national business leaders, including Vince Eagan, founder of VEE Corporation and creator of Sesame Street LIVE.

During this period Kevin and David were frequent guest speakers for Chamber of Commerce Lunch & Learn seminars across the Minneapolis suburbs.


Leadership and Military Service

Kevin’s leadership philosophy was further shaped during his service in the Army National Guard.

From 2002–2004, he attended Army Leadership School through Officer Candidate School (OCS), eventually serving as a military training officer.

Entering the Car Industry

In 2009, Kevin entered the automotive industry.

But his goal was never simply to sell cars.

Instead of accepting the system, Kevin began educating buyers about how it actually worked.

That’s when The Homework Guy brand was born.

Kevin is joined by his wife and broadcast partner Amazing Elizabeth, who has been part of the Homework Guy brand since its earliest days.

Kevin and Elizabeth were married in 2009 — the same year Kevin entered the car business.
