I started out in the car business on the belief that the industry can't be anywhere near as bad as the reputation it had. I thought I'd be on a "Myth Busters" mission. What I was about to find out was that it was worse than any car buyer imagines. The predatory business model was not only taught to salesmen, but desk managers and finance officers were expected to use whatever means and methods possible to sell a car... orders directly from ownership. Fail to dupe enough customers, and you hear, "YOU'RE FIRED."
